International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21 every year. This year’s theme of Yoga is “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,” which beautifully encapsulates our collective aspiration for “One Earth, One Family, One Future.
International Yoga Day celebrates the physical and spiritual prowess that yoga has brought to the world stage. Yoga has grown into one of the most effective ways to improve both physical and mental health. For many, these routines are a way to connect the body, mind and soul in a way that has existed for centuries. The overarching aim of International Yoga Day is to enhance public understanding of the manifold benefits that yoga offers.
